1. Eligibility

To use Kubera, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

By using Kubera, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access Kubera features, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person—multiple accounts may result in termination

3. Points System

3.1 Nature of Points

Kubera Points are virtual credits with the following characteristics:

• Points have no monetary value outside the Kubera ecosystem
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points are earned through engagement, not purchased
• Points are non-transferable between accounts

3.2 Earning Points

Points may be earned through:

• AI Prediction participation
• Live Room session engagement
• Mini Games gameplay
• Daily login bonuses
• Achievement completion
• Referral program participation

3.3 Points Expiration

During the beta phase, points do not expire. We reserve the right to implement expiration policies in the future with reasonable notice to users.

4. Rewards Redemption

• Rewards are subject to availability
• Redemptions are generally final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify reward offerings
• Digital rewards are delivered electronically
• Physical rewards require a valid delivery address in India
• We are not responsible for third-party voucher terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent security measures
• Misrepresent your identity or age

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kubera—including design, graphics, text, software, and trademarks—are owned by Kubera and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit content (such as chat messages in Live Room):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate laws or third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of points, data, or anticipated rewards.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Pose a risk to other users or our service

You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Unredeemed points are forfeited upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
